Hotel Arrangements:

Room rates are $64.00 for guestrooms, double occupancy, triple occupancy $69.00, quad $74.00 and $79.00 for suites, plus tax, breakfast included. Pre-registration required.
All general session activities will be held in the Grove Meeting Rooms.
The Saturday Break-out Seminars and Box Luncheon will be held on site, please check outside the main meeting room for the breakout room numbers.

Convention Registration: $15.00
Registration opens Friday, 8 am to 3:30 pm & 5 to 6 pm. Saturday registration opens 8am to 9am and as needed.

Desert Low Vision Aids, appliances, and helpful items available in the foyer on Friday 9:30 am to 5 pm.
Sensory Safari, 1 – 3 p.m. Ranches Club Lobby and Foyer
